Ø  Any kind of entry fees anywhere if not mentioned in including.

Ø  05% GST

Ø  Vehicle Air Conditioner will be switched off if the vehicle is in stationary position.

Ø  AC will not be working in hill areas. 

Ø  Tips travel insurance, medical insurance, laundry charges, liquors, mineral water, telephone charges.

Ø  All items of personal nature.

CANCELLTION POLICY

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows : 

ü  Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost

ü  Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost

ü  Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost

ü  Between 14 days and 7  prior to date of departure - 75%

ü  Between  6 days and In case of no show - 100%

As per the Government directives it is Mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals , NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In which can be in form of ‘Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card and Aadhar Card failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal in allocating a room.

ü  Do not go out alone during late evenings and night.

ü  Make a note of emergency numbers and details of the hotel where you are stay 

ü  Avoid taking eatables offered by the unknown people. 

ü  keep your cameras ATM, Cash and other devices safely in a bad and check regularly. 

ü  Do not trust strangers and  follow only Travel Partners TIPS

ü  Always ask for authorized tourist guides who have a badge provided by the Indian Government. and your travel Agency.
