DAY 1 HARIDWAR /DEHRADUN  –GUPTKASHI (210KMS/ 7HR) HEIGHT: 1319 MTS

On arrival in Delhi Railway station/Airport you will meet and assist by our representative and proceed to  Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. On the way, you’ll see the attractive watercourse Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. On arrival check in hotel. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

 

DAY 2 GUPTKASHI – KEDARNATH (30KMS BY ROAD & 19KMS TREK ONE WAY) HEIGHT: 3384 MTS

Post breakfast proceed to  Kedarnath Dham. Enjoy Kedarnath Darshan. Stay overnight at Kedarnath.

 

By Helicopter: Morning our driver will drop you your prebook Helipad. you can inform driver regarding your time of arrival whether or not it will by helicopter or by trek, in order that driver is going to be there to choose you up.


By Trek: Morning our driver will drop you at Sonprayag then you have to arranged local jeep for Gaurikund & then your trek start for Kedarnath ji. After darshan, you follow same & back to Son Prayag. Then you have got to the organized local car for Gaurikund & then your trek begins for Kedarnath JI. When darshan you follow same & back to Son Prayag. There’s huge parking issue so the driver will back to different palace if his contact no. In not operating then you have got to require a different taxi or await your driver.

 

Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface.

Kedarnath Weather – Due to its high altitude the weather in Kedarnath remains cold for most part of the year. Summer here is cool and pleasant while winter is severe. During summer season the temperature varies around 20°Celsius. Light woolen wear is recommended. Winter season in Kedarnath is severe with mercury falling to as low as 0°Celsius. During this time the place experiences snowfall as well. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually avoided by tourists.

 

DAY 3 KEDARNATH – GUPTKASHI

Today morning Darshan & back to Guptkashi, by Track or helicopter. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 4 GUPTKASHI – HARIDWAR/DEHRADUN (165KMS/5-6HR)

Post breakfast check out from hotel & proceed to Haridwar via Rishikesh sightseeing. Later proceed to Haridwar/Dehradun railway station/Airport.

CANCELLTION POLICY

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows : 

ü  Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost

ü  Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost

ü  Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost

ü  Between 14 days and 7  prior to date of departure - 75%

ü  Between  6 days and In case of no show - 100%
